At first when I saw this I was like “C’mon H&R Block…I thought we were friends…you would know if I died in 2008. And, not to mention, if I’m filling out this form how could I be dead…?” But then I realized that the question is a trap in the classic game of To Catch An Insurance Fraudist That Faked His Own Death In the Fiscal Year Ending December 31st 2008. People that are dead don’t have to pay taxes, unless they are just fake dead and get fooled by this question and then BAM!! Justice.
